The TEMA bakery app was created by Gareth Shields (left) and Harvey Thorpe (right) while working closely with a number businesses in the foodservice industry including bakeries, patisseries and pie manufacturers.
Harvey has more than 10 years’ experience building IT systems (specialising in web development) spanning Asia-Pacific, Europe and North America.
Gareth has over 30 years’ experience in the baking, patisserie and catering sectors, in both Australia and Europe, and has run a number of successful foodservice businesses.
TEMA is a global, web-based Software as a Service, with clients in multiple countries.
